You Can Make Changes Here
You might find yourself in a life transition—where something has ended, but what comes next isn’t fully formed yet. These ambiguous spaces can feel disorienting, heavy, or overwhelming. Much of my work centers on what happens for people in these seasons—when you’re no longer where you were, but not yet where you’re going.
I bring over a decade of experience in education, with a focus on human development and life transitions. Throughout that time, I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular depth of experience supporting emerging adults as they navigate identity, independence, relationships, and direction.
While much of my work has been with emerging adults, I’m also deeply interested in supporting children and individuals of all ages navigating loss and grief. Whether you’re facing a transition you chose or one that was chosen for you, therapy can be a place to make sense of your experience and begin to move forward with greater clarity and care.
My approach is steady, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence based practice coupled with curiosity and continued learning— I feel deeply honored to walk alongside clients through whatever challenges they bring to therapy.
